About Bharath Institute of Schooling Education (BISE)
Bharath Institute of Schooling Education (BISE) operates independently in the education sector in India, allowing educational entities to either accept or reject admissions and services. Despite this freedom, BISE is dedicated to ensuring the success of its non-traditional education programs. The board designs its programs in accordance with the laws outlined in the Constitution of India under article 19(1) g, 29 & 30.
India faces challenges such as a high dropout rate at the Secondary level, with only a small percentage of students making it to university out of the 220 million children attending school. Many individuals in the 18-24 age group have never had the opportunity to attend college. While India excels in primary education, it falls short in secondary education. By collaborating with the private sector, the government can develop infrastructure to cater to the increasing number of students at the secondary and senior secondary levels.
Bharath Institute of Schooling Education (BISE) aims to offer flexible education options for underprivileged children of all backgrounds at the Secondary/Senior Secondary Education levels. The board’s goal is to provide quality education through Regular and Open/Distance Learning Systems, assist older dropouts in completing their education, and accelerate the progress of secondary education in the country.
